Douglas brings a wealth of real estate experience to our team, having held a variety of roles across the industry. His background ranges from property management—including overseeing a 60-unit residential complex—to leasing office space for a major telecommunications company. He has also practiced landlord-tenant law, giving him a comprehensive understanding of property operations and client needs.

Now, Douglas channels his expertise into construction and real estate entrepreneurship. He is passionate about mindset management, capital raising, and aviation. When he's not working, Douglas enjoys spending time with his loyal companion, Roo, his deer head Chihuahua.

Douglas’ broad skill set and dedication to excellence make him a valuable asset to our roofing company, ensuring our clients receive knowledgeable, trustworthy service every step of the way.

Robby Stegman is a nationally recognized General Contractor, renowned for his expertise in the rapidly growing Barndominium market and with a strong reputation in the roofing industry. He has built a reputation for consistently delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Robby’s ability to lead skilled teams of craftsmen ensures every roofing project meets the highest standards of excellence. His commitment to customer satisfaction and attention to detail set him apart in the field.

Outside of work, Robby has a passion for horses, cattle, blue heelers, and amateur wrestling.
